These Terms of Use, together with our Privacy Policy and any other documents referenced herein, govern your access to and use of the Application and any related services, features, content, or promotions provided by us from time to time (collectively, the “Services”). The Application and Services are not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Apple Inc. or its subsidiaries or affiliates. Acceptance of Terms of Use Please read these Terms of Use carefully before accessing or using the Services. By accessing and/or using the Services, you agree to these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy found at [link to your Privacy Policy] (“Privacy Policy”), and you agree to abide by all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with these Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy, you must not access or use the Services. IMPORTANT: The “Arbitration Agreement” section below requires that most disputes between you and Company be resolved through binding arbitration, not in court, and limits your ability to bring or participate in class actions. Please read this section carefully. Eligibility The Services are only available to users who are 17 years of age or older. By accessing or using the Services, you confirm that you meet the age requirement and that participation in fantasy sports games is legal in your jurisdiction. Company reserves the right to request proof of your eligibility and identity at any time, and failure to provide such proof may result in suspension or termination of your account. Skill-Based Gaming Restrictions FFeleven offers skill-based fantasy sports gaming. However, skill-based gaming is not legal in all jurisdictions where the app is available. It is your responsibility to ensure compliance with the laws of your location. We restrict access to users from jurisdictions where participation in skill-based fantasy sports games is prohibited. Official Rules for Contests and Sweepstakes The Services may offer contests or sweepstakes from time to time. All contests and sweepstakes are governed by the Official Rules, which are accessible to users at all times within the app. Apple is not a sponsor of any contests or sweepstakes offered through the FFeleven app, and Apple has no involvement in their administration. Prizes and Taxes Before any prize is awarded from any Service, it must be validated according to these Terms of Use and the rules and procedures set by Company. We reserve the right to make the sole and final decision as to any winning status, and our decision will be final and binding. You warrant that you are, based on the laws of your country of residence and otherwise, permitted to receive the possible prizes, which will not include cash or cash equivalents. In the event of a breach of this warranty, Company has the right to refuse to award any prizes. You understand and agree that you are solely responsible for all taxes, fees, or charges levied on any non-monetary prizes and for the proper filing and reporting on your tax returns or as otherwise required in any relevant country. Company does not provide tax advice, nor should any statements in these Terms of Use or on the Services be construed as tax advice. Prize Redemption and Rewards Once a game is finished, the game reward is placed in the winning user(s) account(s). Promotional credits awarded by Company will have a limited validity of 3 months (or another time period as specified with the promotion), starting the day it was awarded, and will expire afterward. Rewards may be redeemed through non-cash options, such as gift cards or equivalent items. The specific redemption options will be listed within the Application and may vary based on availability and jurisdiction. Users are responsible for providing accurate and full information required for the redemption process. Company may verify and cross-check user information before fulfilling any redemption requests. Game Rules 1. How to Play FFeleven Contests allow participants to select from various top football tournaments worldwide and compete in fantasy football contests. You can join any contest by selecting players, managing your team, and earning points based on real-world player performances. Contest formats may vary (e.g., daily, weekly, or tournament-long). 2. Scoring and Rankings Your team’s performance is based on the actual results of the players you select, according to predefined scoring rules. At the end of the contest, participants will be ranked based on their total score. Scoring rules and team selection criteria will be outlined in the contest details prior to your participation. 3. Scoring Points Basics Managers in Fantasy Football earn points from their players for a number of actions. These include goals, assists, clean sheets and saves.

Clean Sheets If a player has been substituted before a goal is conceded, this will not affect any clean sheet points provided they have played 60 minutes. Assists Assists are awarded to the player from the scoring team, who makes the final pass before a goal is scored. An assist is awarded whether the pass was intentional (that it actually creates the chance) or unintentional (that the player had to dribble the ball or an inadvertent touch or shot created the chance). If an opposing player touches the ball after the final pass before a goal is scored, significantly altering the intended destination of the ball, then no assist is awarded. Should a touch by an opposing player be followed by a defensive error by another opposing outfield player then no assist will be awarded. If the goalscorer loses and then regains possession, then no assist is awarded. Own Goals If a player shoots or passes the ball and forces an opposing player to put the ball in his own net, then an assist is awarded. Penalty or Free kicks In the event of a penalty or a free-kick, the player earning the penalty or free-kick is awarded an assist if a goal is directly scored, but not if he takes it himself, in which case no assist is given. Geographic Restrictions The Services are hosted in the United States. We make no claims that the Services or any of its content is accessible, appropriate, or legal for use outside of the United States. Access to the Services may not be legal by certain persons or in certain countries. You accept sole responsibility for determining whether your use of the Services is legal in the country/region where you live and/or in any country/region where you log on to use the Services. If you access the Services from outside the United States, you do so on your own initiative and are responsible for compliance with local laws. The availability of the Services does not constitute an offer or invitation by us to use the Services if you reside in a country or region in which such use is currently forbidden by law, or within any jurisdiction where Company, in its sole discretion, elects not to offer the Services. Company shall not be responsible for any illegal or unauthorized use of the Services by you, as we are unable to verify the legality of use in each jurisdiction. It is your sole responsibility to verify the legality of using the Services prior to logging on to the Services. Please consult legal counsel in the applicable jurisdiction if you have any doubts about the legality of your use of the Services under the laws of any jurisdiction that applies to you. You acknowledge that certain countries/jurisdictions have laws regarding contests that may prevent Company from awarding you a prize. If you are a winner and this happens to be the case with your country/jurisdiction, you acknowledge that you may not be able to receive any prize at all from Company. By entering a game and/or using the Services, you acknowledge these risks and understand that you may win but not be able to receive a prize.
